Scheduling, Fees and Billing
Appointments can be scheduled directly with Dr. Balenger via phone or e-mail. Please give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation.
The fee is $200 for individual sessions and $225 for family consultation. Payment can be made by check or credit card.
Dr. Balenger does not participate with insurance plans, but will provide documentation to support submissions for out-of-network benefits.
